Mixed Salad.

Mixed salad leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, peppers, avocado and herbs. (3, 5, 7, 8, 14)

 

Celery, Apple and Walnut Salad.

Bite size chunks of celery, apple, toasted walnuts and sultanas, bound in mayonnaise. (3, 7) 

 

Cherry Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Pesto Dressing.

Vine ripe plum tomatoes and baby mozzarella balls, tossed with fresh basil and Rocla leaves. (1, 7, 8, 13, 14)

 

Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons, Bacon Lardons and Parmesan Cheese.

Cos leaves with smoked bacon lardons, garlic croutons, Cajun chicken and parmesan cheese all bound in our classic Caesar dressing. (1, 7, 8, 13, 14)

 

Coleslaw Salad.

Shredded Dutch cabbage and carrots bound in homemade mayonnaise. (7, 8, 14)

Traditional Potato Salad.

Steamed potatoes with Finley chopped onion, parsley and scallions, bound with homemade mayonnaise. (7, 8, 14)

 

Broccoli and Feta Cheese Salad, With Toasted Almonds.

Lightly blanched florets of broccoli, diced feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and toasted almonds. (3, 7) 

 

Curried Chicken, Coconut and Pineapple Salad.

Chinks of roast chicken, pineapple, cucumber and bell peppers, bound in a curry and natural yoghurt dressing. (7, 8, 14)

 

Pickled Red Cabbage Salad with Feta Cheese and Pumpkin Seeds.

Finely shredded red cabbage, diced apple, feta cheese, pumpkin and sunflower seeds tossed in a lemon and mustard dressing. (4, 7, 9)

 

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Salad with Basil and Balsamic Vinegar.

Bite size chunks of bell pepper, courgette, red onion and aubergine, lightly roasted and tossed in a balsamic and olive oil dressing. 

 

Pasta Salad with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Olives and Roasted Peppers.

Lightly boiled pasta with bell peppers, olives, cucumber and basil bound in a light lemon mayonnaise.

 

Green Pea Bacon and Pearl Onion Salad.

Lightly blanched garden peas mixed with crispy bacon lardons, pickled pearl onions and cider vinegar. (1, 7, 8, 14)

 

Mediterranean Cous Cous Salad.

Steamed cous-cous with fresh mint, coriander, basil, olives and bell peppers and a lemon dressing.

 

Chilli Chicken, Peanut and Rice Salad.

Sautéed chicken pieces, curry scented rice, toasted peanuts, and coriander with a lemon and chilli dressing. (1)
